I think, most of these patients have the typical startled look due to an over-lifted eye area, especially the older lady that was featured. I don’t regard her eyes as a particularly good result.
She definitely looks better and a lot younger than before, but the iris is fully exposed, which gives her a permanently surprised or startled look.
